From concept to completion Cerro EMS can offer technical assistance every step of the way.
Using Computer Aided Engineering systems we can quickly
evaluate customer needs. We have the ability to receive
most types of electronic files, including SAT, STEP,
IGES, Inventor Part, Autocad DXF/DWG, Mastercam Files.
Once agreed we can send a model of their part in a self
extracting viewable file, which can be viewed in a solid
format and from any angle. During the design process
our experienced engineers may offer advice on design
alterations that may lead to cost or efficiency improvements.
Once a design is agreed we will produce dies in-house
using modern die making facilities. Co-ordinate measuring
equipment is used to evaluate 1st off samples ensuring
the ISIR you receive is detailed.

We are currently using Autodesk Inventor for CAD,
which is then complimented with Mastercam for the
in-house machining of dies. We now manufacture all
our die tooling using our CAD/CAM system, which connects
directly from our engineering department into the
dedicated toolroom die making machine. We have two
manufacturing sites, both with this service.
We can supply customers with a model of their part
in a self extracting viewable file. This file can
be viewed on any windows computer and allow the customer
to view their part in a solid format with the ability
to rotate and zoom.
