The ability to produce low volume complex parts, to fully automated high volume batches. With our extensive range of forging equipment and presses of various types in operation we have the capability to produce solid and cored forgings. The presses vary from high volume Hatebur and Hydromec equipment to semi-automatic and manually operated presses up to 1400t capability. 

Tonnage

Forging presses including friction, crank, sub-press and vice-press ranging from 150 tonne to 1400 tonne producing non-ferrous forgings up to 28 kilos

Specialists in precision shaping of non-ferrous metals through controlled heating and deformation, yielding high-strength, intricate components for diverse applications in across industries.
